In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers:

Components that fail despite correct handling

The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications
Normal wear and tear
Issues caused by third-party accessories or software

If a defect arises within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.

We ship worldwide. Warranty and service are handled from Sweden.
Shipping costs for returns or replacements may apply depending on your location.

🔁 How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact us through our support page with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/videos if possible.
Our support team will guide you through the process.
If a return is approved, you’ll receive instructions and a return address.
